Adam has been a key member of the development team
for over 10,000 units of multi-family housing throughout
the United States. As consultant, project manager,
developer and owner, Mr. Diskin has vast experience in
acquiring, developing, constructing and managing
commercial buildings, custom homes and both
market-rate and affordable multi-family communities.
Prior to founding DH&G, Mr. Diskin held management
positions with Shea Homes, ARV Housing Group,
Campbell-Hogue &Associates, and Reznick, Fedder &
Silverman. He has consulted on over 1,800 units of
affordable housing in 10 states, including projects that
used tax-exempt bonds, CDBG funds, private grants,
HOME funds, and mortgage-backed securities. Adam
graduated from the University of California,-Santa
Barbara, with a BA Degree in Business Economics. He
holds a graduate certificate in Light Construction
Management and Development from the University of
California-Irvine completed in 1993.

construction, and the consulting activities of DH&G
Properties.
